When you join WEXAS you'll get a free BagTag. The WEXAS BagTag is designed to help trace lost luggage. If your checked-in luggage is lost a search will be performed by the airline to retrieve your bags. In the unlikely event that your luggage is not traced immediately - phone WEXAS and leave the waiting to us. The airline will contact WEXAS when your luggage is located and we will contact you immediately.
To use this service, your name, address and membership number must be completed in the BagTags and they must be attached to your luggage.
