This is one of the most useful complimentary services that you are entitled to when you join WEXAS. All members have access to a wide range of assistance benefits designed exclusively for WEXAS by one of the leading providers of assistance services in the world including:

Your WEXAS membership covers you for the advice and assistance you receive but not for the costs of the actual services or goods subsequently provided be they medical, legal etc. unless otherwise stated. Approval must be obtained from the Assistance Service before any costs are incurred Obviously it therefore makes good sense to have adequate travel insurance.

There is a dedicated WEXAS telephone number for members to access the assistance services which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So in an emergency all you need to do is telephone and identify yourself as a WEXAS member. The professionals at the other end of the phone will then offer you all the assistance you may require. If necessary they will put you in touch with one of the specialist correspondents who provide on-the-ground support in over 150 countries throughout the world.
