I recently took up your offer of a free trial...  Yesterday I called to use your service for the first time...  Both members of staff to whom I spoke were very helpful and accommodating and offered me a flight which matched my requirements at a very reasonable price. They also did everything they promised they would (i.e. calling me back within 10 minutes and sending me my tickets via first class post so they were with me today.) They definitely exceeded my expectations.
